People and Place
Two East Cleveland schools, Bydales in Marske and Whitecliffe in Carlin How are engaged with children in Africa and India, all sharing each others cultures and telling stories in pictures. The Children’s Computer Club in rural Nigeria, Vadgam Village, India and a group from Uganda are involved. The participants are to engage in keeping a diary that tells the story of their lives and the place they live largely in pictures. This is a multi diary hopefully reflecting a diverse set of images and stories. It is hoped that the project will develop transnational relationships whilst developing digital skills and encouraging collaboration. www.peopleandplace.co.uk
